WHAT WE DO:
QMTD will carefully process customer supplied quotation packages and return a competitive price and delivery to you within 24 hours.
Phone, fax, email or we will pick up hard copies for quote.
DESIGN:
QMTD's design & engineering dept. translates customer drawings into programs used to manufacture the tooling required for the production of the sipes.
In more complex design's more intricate form or stamping tooling may need to be designed.
Files in these formats DXF, IGES, DWG, or hard copy can be used.
QUALITY CONTROL:
During the manufacturing process all operations are controlled by strict quality control procedures.
Every operation has a work instruction that is repetitively followed.
From product design to final inspection standard operating procedures are adhered to throughout the process.
